Since I cannot get the quiz questions to pull up to leave a comment on the linked blog post, I'll leave feedback here.


Frankly I'm in agreement with the Chair of the Senate Budget Committee. Senator Enzi was caught saying that the budget submission by the President was pointless as the annual budget request has been ignored for 20 years now. With the law commanding the President to do futile acts and waste budget dollars to produce a tremendous set of documents across all agencies and a culminating report that goes to Congress that are all ultimately ignored anyhow the money behind that could be reprogrammed to fund Return To Moon efforts among others.
